The Customer Service Agent Mrs. Julia responded asap to my request. Specifically, in 4 minutes time from the moment I sent the email, she refunded an older payment to Verbling and she informed me via email.

I was out of the country for 3 months with a 13 hour time difference between Asia and Mexico. Arranging sessions was too difficult; as much as I love my teacher and sessions, 10PM didn't work for me. I had pre-paid sessions expiring and requested an extension of time. Verbling graciously and willingly reinstated the expired sessions when I returned to the USA.

Verbling customer service is OUTSTANDING! They are always helpful, friendly and respond any issues very quickly.

Andrea solved my issues in timely manner and she is also very friendly!I am always pleased with their customer support.

I truly appreciated Peter's quick and proactive assistance. My particular problem concerned a failed cash-out from Verbling to my PayPal account.
I never once had to worry about how long the problem resolution would take because Peter provided me with the important details and an approximate timeline.

This is just one of the reasons why I love working as a private teacher on the Verbling platform.

I inadvertently, through mu own mistake, bought many more lessons than intended. When I explained it to the folks at Verbling, and asked for a refund (which I thought would go against their normal policy of only giving credit for future lessons) they very quickly agreed and arranged for the refund. After two years taking lessons through Verbling I am VERY satisfied. Thanks Verbling staff.

A worry-free platform where everyone's just cool :) :) If there ever are any issues, they handle it promptly and very efficiently :) The best employers in my opinion :) :)
There was a slight error in the cashing-out mechanism but Verbling promptly rectified the issue on being notified....... :)

My 11 year old son only started his 1 hour/week Spanish lessons 7 weeks ago. He says he learned more Spanish in 7 weeks than Frech in 7 months of secondary school schooling. I speak a bit of Spanish and I have a good feel about his progress too. I have asked my son's teacher not to give him any additional homework as my son is quite busy at school, so I am impressed with his progess. My son is looking forward to his lessons as the teacher is fun and the materials are excellent.

I have been learning Spanish with Spanish tutors on Verbling since five years. I am still taking Spanish classes from different tutors on Verbling as my Spanish is becoming better and better. When I have to reach out to Verbling team for a question, they are always responsive and efficient.

Karen is personable, and works hard to teach in a manner that you will understand. What I like about her is that if you don't get something the first time she presents it, she will approach it from a
different angle. She is gentle in her criticism, but gives you immediate feedback on how you are doing. She immediately grasped my purpose in taking Spanish, and she is gearing the course toward conversation. I would recommend her highly

The application fines the student if he cancels the lesson in less than 12 hours. In this case, if the teacher canceled the lesson after it began, no penalties are applied. If you do not like the teacher, then you cannot return the money for the purchased lessons. I don't recommend this app.

The interface of Verbling is usefull, you can easly book courses, find back your homework, the documents your teacher shared with you.

You can choose your teacher from differents country, level, subject about language learning. for example if you looking for a pronounciation expert you can find that in this platform.

It's great to chat to a native speaker, to activate the target language & get all the help the Verbling platform offers. Great choice of teachers, good material & lots of motivation. Love the flexibilty of booking lessons when it suits both parties & a personalised programme to suit the individual learner.
I wish this had been available years ago.

I have enjoyed using Verbling. I prefer it to the other similar platforms that I have tried because of the integration of technology during the classes. It is very easy for my teacher to introduce shared materials during our class. It makes it much more meaningful experience. I have only used one teacher so far but she is extremely high-quality. The specific rep I spoke with (Peter) couldn't do anything about a situation that in fact, I caused, but he still spoke in a reasoable tone and helped me see how I could prevent the issue in the future. That tone was much appreciated.

I'm happy with my experience so far. Most of my teachers are professional and reliable. There is no problem so far with the video and audio stability.

I would like to have a flashcard feature added, though so I could use it to memorize new words.

I have to say though, the android version of Verbling could use some work.

Platform is equipped with all the tools you need for e-learning. There is a huge selection of French teachers and I was happy to find one specialised in TEF, which I'll be rating in a des months. My lessons are coing well so far. M'y teacher is punctual, knowledgeable and plans out each lesson. I recommend Verbling unreservedly.

Hello Verbling,
I'd like to take a minute and thank Verbling for the great service that it gives to us. There are several other companies, sometimes with great incentives, that contact me. However, I decided to stay with Verbling for the support I'm getting. More specifically, In the past few weeks, I had some issues with the billing and cancelations. I contacted Melina and she did a truly satisfying job by addressing all of my problems. She is very responsive, very positive, and helps customers very efficiently.
